Roasted Cauliflower Two Ways
These two recipes seriously do not disappoint. It could literally turn the pickiest eater into a veggie fanatic, that’s how good they are!
Simple Roasted Cauliflower:
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
olive oil
parmesan
salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut your cauliflower as preferred. Lay on a sheet pan and drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for about 20 mins, or until golden brown. Add cauliflower to a serving bowl and generously grate parmesan over. Enjoy!!!!
Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower - Inspired by Eating Well’s Turmeric Cauliflower:
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
2 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp cumin
2 cloves garlic - minced very fine
salt and pepper
4 tbsp EVOO
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, cumin, turmeric, garlic, and salt and pepper. Add the cauliflower into the mixture and mix together until well combined. Lay the cauliflower onto a sheet pan and roast for about 25 mins, or until golden brown. Enjoy!!
